ABOUT US

We help all kinds of companies to set up and develop their activities in West Africa, starting with Benin. West Africa presents enormous opportunities for investors due to its natural resources, growth potential, diversified economies and improved governance. It is the region covered by the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) which has 15 countries and covers 6.14 million square kilometers. ECOWAS represents 26% of Africa’s GDP and 32% of its population. It has more than 340 million inhabitants. These populations have multiple needs in terms of goods and services. Penetration rates in sectors such as mobile telephony, banking services or electrification are still relatively low.As a result, any business targeting the bottom of the pyramid in the region has a high chance of success. Moreover, the economic growth of the last decade has led to an enlargement of the middle class, which is a major consumer. The business and investment climate has constantly improved, in line with the efforts made at the institutional level. The creation of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law (OHADA) in 1995, for example, is one of the factors that contributed to securing the business climate in West Africa. Similarly, the publication of the “Ease of Doing Business” ranking has led to a dynamic of reforms aimed at increasing the attractiveness of countries for foreign investors. All these changes lead to an increasingly secure investment climate.
